Thank you Ildikó and Ilari

What a Chaff get together! Unbelieveable.

Two of our most popular participants of CHAFF had their house warming party along with Ilari's birthday, yesterday. They decided to have the CHAFF meeting at the same time. And what an event it was.

It showed how respected our two most widely travelled participants really are. They know the culture and traditions, as well as so many languages between them, that they are a mini-UN.

And the CHAFF turn out was outstanding. Countries that I noted who were represented: Japan, Britian, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, India, Iran, Japan, Kenya, Slovakia, Thailand.

The spectrum of people included a CEO, many different breeds of engineers, health specialists and distributors of natural health products, innovative designers, social and youth workers, city representatives, Finnish and international students, researchers from different areas of science and technology, a restauranteur and of course one retired Joulupukki!

The food was superb - a mix of many different cusines, breads representing many different cultures - and it was overflowing. Champagne flowed!

From our CHAFF group we brought the brand new product from the Thai Pailin Restaurant - the Pailin Mini Pizza Flap

Unnop, the owner of the Thai Pailin Restaurant, who so generously hosts our CHAFF meetings, besides a fruit basket, brought an exquistely hand carved water melon filled with delicious cooling water melon and honey dew melon balls. Designer and carver - Unnop!

The party which started at 17:00 hours was still going great guns at 21:00 hours...

Here a couple of shots of a few of other CHAFF paricipants:
